Cookie policy

RISER uses three cookies, all needed to sign in. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to switch off.

People who open an estimate link get no cookie at all.
Notes kept in your browser
RISER also remembers a few screen choices in your own browser so they are there next time. They stay on your device, except the last screen you were on, which goes with a Feedback message so support can see where you were (the screen’s address only, without record numbers). None of them is used to track you:
- which map and background you picked, and whether buildings show as cards, a list or a map;
- whether the Flo panel is open, and which tiles are open on the board;
- which board notices you have already seen, the last screen you were on, and the Feedback conversation you had open (for the Feedback window);
- a repair close-out you are typing, while you step away to add a finding (photos and signatures are not kept);
- that you have seen the cookie notice.
Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
Maps
Map pictures come from OpenStreetMap and Esri. Loading them shares your device’s internet address and the map area with them, as any website would. RISER does not ask them to set cookies.
